Help, I don’t see my recently deleted file(s) in Dumpster!

If you deleted a file and it doesn’t appear in Dumpster, you’ll want to check the following:

1. Is the file format supported by Dumpster? To view a full list of Dumpster compatible files, view here.
2. Was the file an image stored in Google Photos? If so, click here for instructions.
3. Are you using a task killer (such as: Clean Master, DU Battery Saver, AVG Cleaner, Battery Doctor or CCleaner), battery saver or memory clean application on your device? Programs such as these can impede on Dumpster's ability to work. We recommend you exclude Dumpster from the task killer’s application settings.

If you still can’t locate your file, send us a bug report from within the app, so that we can help locate the source of your specific problem.
